All our Anaesthetists are Fellows of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists.
Our anaesthetists work as individual practitioners and as such fees vary, with each specialist determining their own fee schedule, depending on the type and length of procedure and anaesthetic techniques required.

Dr Donald Innes
ANAESTHETIST
Dr Donald Innes is an experienced adult and paediatric anaesthetist with a very broad practise and many interests. He completed a fellowship in Paediatric Anaesthesia at Westmead Children’s hospital in 2003 and was appointed as a consultant there in 2004. He continues to work at the Children’s Hospital and has particular interests in Anaesthesia for major Craniofacial surgery and the management of the Difficult Airway. He also attends Concord Hospital as well as a number of private hospitals across Sydney. In 2013 he was cooped into the ANZCA Regional Committee where he serves as Deputy Education Officer for NSW. Outside of anaesthesia he is very involved in helping to raise three children and recently (2014) got his Level 1 Certificate in AFL Coaching.

Dr Andrea Santoro
ANAESTHETIST
Dr Andrea Santoro is a paediatric and adult anaesthetist who completed his training to become a Fellow of the Australian New Zealand College of Anaethetists in 2008. He attained his Medical degree at the University of Newcastle after obtaining a Bachelor of Medical Science from the University of Sydney.
After a number of years working in the United Kingdom, where he commenced his anaesthetic training, he continued his specialist training at the John Hunter Hospital in Newcastle until completion in 2007.
Seeking further subspecialisation he then completed two years as a Fellow, the first at the Children’s Hospital at Westmead, and then at Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge, England. On returning to Sydney in 2010 he commenced work as a Paediatric Anaesthetist at the Children’s Hospital at Westmead and, in 2011, at Royal North Shore Hospital.
As a result of working in two major tertiary hospitals in Sydney he has a broad practice reflecting the varied needs of patients seen in these facilities.

Dr Alyssa Scurrah
ANAESTHETIST
Dr Scurrah has 1st class honors in Biomed Science at Griffith University and an MBBS from Sydney University. After internship and residency at St.Vincents Hospital, she did her anaesthetic training at Concord, Gosford and St.Vincent’s hospitals. She completed a fellowship and consultant position in Paediatric anaesthesia at Queensland Children’s Hospital in 2015 and then did a fellowship in Cardiothoracic and transplant anaesthesia at Royal Papworth Hospital in Cambridge, UK, in 2016.
She has been a staff specialist at Prince Of Wales Hospital in Cardiothoracic Anaesthesia and at Sydney Children’s hospital in Paediatric Anaesthesia since 2017 and is the current patient safety officer for anaesthesia. She also has VMO appointments at Prince of Wales Private Hospital and The Mater.
Her interests include anaesthesia for the physiologically fragile patient, Paediatric difficult airways and teaching echocardiography for cardiac anaesthesia.

Dr Kirsten Seipolt
ANAESTHETIST
– MBBS (MELB) FANZCA
Kirsten is a specialist anaesthetist at Royal North Shore Public Hospital, North Shore Private Hospital, and the Mater Hospital. She has a special interest in anaesthesia for paediatric surgery, ear nose and throat surgery, trauma and obstetric surgery. She has previously enjoyed working at Sydney Children’s Hospital, the Royal London Hospital, and London’s Air Ambulance Service.

Dr Andrew Wright
ANAESTHETIST
Dr Wright studied medicine at Sydney University and graduated with first class honours in 1995. After internship and residency he undertook anaesthesia training at Concord and St Vincent’s hospitals in Sydney.
He currently has appointments at St Vincent’s and Concord Hospitals as a Visiting Medical Officer. He is currently the ENT module supervisor for Anaesthetic trainees at St Vincent’s hospital.
His interests include difficult airways and anaesthesia for obstructive sleep apnoea patients.
